According to Herzberg’s two-factor theoryadmin / April 12, 2019
According to Herzberg’s two-factor theory, individuals are swayed by two factors, satisfaction which is the outcome of the motivator factor, whereby individuals who work are generally satisfied by their job. The second factor is the hygiene factor, which if inadequate will result into individuals becoming dissatisfied by their job.

I will be talking about all the motivational theories which influence the employees of an organisation to work harder.
