Diversity. Diversity means respecting and accepting others differences despite their culture, nationality, ability, ethnic origin, gender, age, religion , beliefs, sexual orientation, social class. Being diverse means despite what you believe/ taught to believe you don’t treat people differently just because they have different beliefs or nationality.
Equality, equality means being equal; everyone is equal. Equality is about making sure that everyone has an equal opportunity to make the most of their lives and they are given the same opportunity despite the way they were born, where they come from, what they believe, or whether they have a disability. The Equality Act 2010 protects people from discrimination in the workplace and in our society.
